Can I still eat all of my favorite junk food? Or do I have to say goodbye forever?

Good Question. ABSOLUTELY NOT! It is inconceivable to think that someone could cut out junk food from the lives in entirety. These foods are limited to EXTREME moderation, such as a reward.

 

Are there any negative side affects to dieting?

Aside from nto getting to eat like a pig, no! HAHA! Dieting healthfully will make you feel better, look better, and be healthier in every aspect.

 

What if you eat very little, or skip meals? Will you loose weight faster?

It is essential that you eat at least 200 calories per meal. You do not want your portions to go down at an alarming rate.. DO NOT EVER SKIP MEALS. This puts your body into starvation mode. Frantically, your body will turn anything you then eat into stored fat.

 

How many calories should I eat to loose weight?

This really depends on age, current weight, height and so on. But I would say anywhere around 1,400 to 1,800 calories daily.
